Abstract
The methodological recommendations were prepared based on the results of the scientific work on the topic "Social and psychological support of the pedagogical community and the public for reforms in the field of general secondary education." A comprehensive social-psychological technology for supporting dialogue between participants in education reform is presented - CSPT "KIT-PRO", developed and tested by scientists of the laboratory of communication psychology of the Institute of Social and Political Psychology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The conditions, principles and criteria for the implementation of the technology are outlined, the features of the use of Google tools are described to ensure expert evaluation of the results of group work and the establishment of effective feedback. Materials are provided for organizers and facilitators of dialogue technology regarding the understanding of the essence and essential features of dialogue and dialogicity as characteristics of the process of interaction of participants in the educational process. It is addressed to teachers, practical psychologists, social pedagogues, managers, teachers, students, pupils, parents, representatives of public organizations and a wide range of readers interested in this issue.
