Abstract
The practical manual was developed within the framework of the scientific study "Scientific and methodological foundations of psychological support of educational reform in the activities of the psychological service" (state registration number 0120U101213). The publication contains methods and technologies for providing psychological and socio-pedagogical assistance to teaching staff of educational institutions in the performance of their professional activities in wartime conditions. In particular, attention is paid to the problems of diagnosis, prevention and therapy of emotional (professional) burnout of teachers, raising the level of their psychological culture, forming skills of conflict-free communication and peaceful resolution of conflicts, formation of vitality/stress resistance, etc. The manual was developed on the basis of the methodology of the project-technological approach and contains specific results of the authors' research on the current state of teaching. The practical guide is intended for employees of the psychological service - practical psychologists and social pedagogues, methodologists, teachers of post-graduate pedagogical education institutes, students, scientists.
