Abstract
The main goal of the methodological recommendations is to give readers a scientific understanding of the basic concepts of modern psychology of the development of a teacher's personal readiness for professional activity, to form meaningful attitudes and guidelines necessary for the psychological support of a teacher's professional preparation for work in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School. Recommendations are built on the principles of a personal approach, which involves understanding the worker as an individual who has enormous spiritual, creative, productive, innovative potential. This approach is based on the use of a three-dimensional, gradually specified psychological structure of a professional's personality as the basis for carrying out all the necessary measures for the personal training of teaching staff for professional activities in various conditions, including pandemics and martial law. Intended for pedagogical workers of general educational institutions and masters of industrial training at vocational and technical educational institutions, students, teachers, practical psychologists, heads of universities, students of postgraduate education institutes.
