Abstract

The author has identified the socio-pedagogical conditions that contribute to the development of the leadership potential of children and youth. The effectiveness of socio-pedagogical conditions for the development of leadership potential: the orientation of leadership values ​​in a person-oriented environment, the implementation of a leadership development training program, the stimulation of children and youth to various types of socially useful activities at the formative stage of the study confirms the feasibility of implementing experimental technology for the formation of leadership potential of children and youth in conditions of recovery and rest.
