Abstract
The manual highlights the current problems of the professional activity of the teacher of the New Ukrainian School and the psychological aspects of the process of his self-realization. Deficient and essential motives for the self-realization of the teacher's personality are given. The results of the study of the structure of the professional self-realization of the teacher of the New Ukrainian School in the interaction of value and meaning are published; creative; intellectual; emotional and sensory and resource components. Particular attention is paid to the examination of social and psychological conditions of self-realization of teachers of the New Ukrainian School. In this context, the influence of the pandemic, value disorientation in society and accelerated informatization on the course of emotional experiences of teachers of the New Ukrainian School during the long quarantine period is analyzed. The relevance of the manual is strengthened by the consideration of the peculiarities of the teacher's professional self-realization in the conditions of the war in Ukraine. The factors that create obstacles to the professional self-realization of teachers of the NUS during the war period are singled out, the principles of building psychological and methodological support for the professional activity of teachers are given. The materials of the manual will be useful for psychologists, teachers, researchers, and educational leaders.
