Abstract
The complex problems related to the post-war reconstruction and the change in the paradigm of public-private partnership in Ukraine are analyzed. The place of the educational process in the corresponding changes is specified. The subjects of inter-sectoral support for vocational education have been identified to achieve a social effect at the national, regional, and local levels. It is substantiated that the tasks of teachers in these conditions are to form such a worldview and approaches to the provision of professional skills that satisfy a multi-level complex of socio-economic interests.
