Abstract

Attention is focused on the need to take into account the effectiveness of the mechanism for motivating the personnel of an educational institution for planning activities and assessing planned development goals. The article presents the results of an empirical study aimed at identifying differences in the vision of the heads of educational institutions (depending on how they determine the effectiveness of the existing mechanism of staff motivation) of the expected weight of positive changes in the functioning of an educational institution due to the introduction of procedures for systematic evaluation of various components of educational and managerial processes.
