Abstract

The article describes the theoretical and practical aspects of the organization of continuous professional development of a teacher of vocational education. The essence of the concept of "individual educational trajectory" and the main factors for its formation are substantiated. The experience of the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuous Professional Education on the formation of the individual educational trajectory of professional education teachers on professional development courses and in the inter-course period is presented.
