Abstract
Relevance: modern processes of reforming professional (vocational) education are characterized by trends of its confident integration with the labor market on the basis of public-private partnership and taking into account the best international practices. Aim: to analyze the regulatory and legal support of public-private partnership and determine its effective-ness in the development of professional (vocational) education. Methods: theoretical (induction, synthesis, generalization); empirical (analysis of official documents on public-private partnership; development in the field of professional (vocational) education; identification of experience and effectiveness of public-private partnership at the level of professional (vocational) education; forecasting prospects for public-private partnership in the field of professional (vocational) education. Results: the legal bases, principles of public-private partnership, the order and mechanisms of the efficiency analysis of public-private partnership realization are characterized; analyzed the concepts, regulations in the field of professional (vocational) education and outlined the possibilities of expanding legislative initiatives to create conditions for more effective development of public-private partnership in the field of professional (vocational) education; the experience of development of public-private partnership in the directions provided by the Concept "Modern professional (vocational) education" for the period up to 2027 is revealed. Conclusions: the results of the analysis of legislative acts and normative and legal documents give grounds to assert the need to update the current and create modern legislation on public-private partnership in vocational education, develop regulatory, scientific, organizational and methodological support, create a unified concept and long-term model - private partnership in the field of vocational education with certain mechanisms to enhance the participation of private entities in the processes of improving and modernizing national vocational education.
