Abstract

The author revealed the scientific-theoretical and practical significance of such definitions as "emotional intelligence" and "social intelligence" for children with hearing impairments. The essence of scientific categories, components, functions, the history of their study in domestic and foreign researches of scientists are considered. The importance of their formation in the educational and educational process of children with hearing impairment is outlined, as one of the adaptive components that contributes to effective socialization in a modern dynamic society.
