Abstract
Strategic documents of UNESCO and the EU in the field of professional education are considered in theses. Three priorities are analyzed: promoting youth employment and entrepreneurship, promoting equality and gender equality, and promoting the transition to a green economy and sustainable society. Factors affecting the future of vocational education are determined: the economic situation, informal employment, demographic changes, the possibility of adapting to new requirements, etc.
