Abstract

Attention has been updated to the problem of improving the quality of the professional competence of pedagogical workers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions, the principles of continuous education. The concept of "professional and pedagogical competence" has been clarified. Attention is focused on the structure of the pedagogical system and the structure of the professional and pedagogical competence of the pedagogical worker of the vocational education institution is determined
