Abstract

During the training of adults, the practice of individual interaction with a specialist who has a high level of knowledge of the content of his work, its forms, methods and means and is able to transfer the necessary knowledge, provide weighted recommendations and mentor in order to increase work productivity is effective. This method of training is called mentoring.
