Abstract

The article presents the results of an empirical study exploring differences in the expectations of administrators of general secondary education institutions of positive changes in the quality of school functioning due to the introduction of procedures for assessing educational and managerial processes. Differences in expectations were assessed depending on the position occupied by administrators - principal or vice-principal of the school.
