Abstract

At the current stage of evolution, facilitation considered as a method of group work aimed at promotion effectiveness and productivity of interpersonal interaction by providing assistance in reaching a common agreement on the implementation of defined goals, solving problems and solving tasks. She characterized by: 1) building cooperation on the basis of mutual understanding and mutual support; 2) respect for the opinions of others; 3) prevention of confrontation; 4) constructive resolution of conflict situations; 5) providing an opportunity everyone can express and defend their own opinions, express their feelings and sense.
