Abstract

The abstracts highlight the essence and basic techniques of receptive technology, which enables students to to mobilize all available mechanisms for the conscious assimilation of related languages, the transfer of linguistic knowledge and skills acquired in the process of learning previous languages. It is noted that in the process of systemic use of technology, the following occurs: increasing student motivation; reducing anxiety and fear of learning a new language; formation of the ability to transfer not only linguistic phenomena, but also cultural phenomena, teaching strategies; an increase in the intensity of development of analytical skills is provided; optimization the process of forming reading skills. Summed up that the use of receptive technology in the process of learning Ukrainian as a second language in schools / classes with instruction in Polish, Czech, Bulgarian and other related languages ​​has prospects.
