Abstract
The vision of the education of children with special educational needs (SEN) at the present stage as a transforming technological model, which implies the development and implementation of specific practical tools for the realization of a new educational paradigm is represented in the article. Interpenetrating and interdependent technological complexes (multilevel technological clusters) are determinants of effective and systemic academic, as well as social integration of children with SEN. Such technological clusters include: educational management technologies (managerial); interaction technologies (collaboration); service support technologies; assistive technology ("tutor" support); teaching technologies.
