Abstract

The realities of today require future professionals not only professional stability in a competitive labor market, but also readiness to change the vector of professional activity. Extremely important in the professional growth of a social educator is the realization of personal potential, which occurs when he is aware of the importance of their own potential, and through their professional activities contributes to the further development of personal qualities. At the same time, crisis phenomena are an integral attribute of the process of professional growth of a person. The degree of personal awareness of crises is individual and depends on the nature and course of the crisis situation.
