Abstract
The author analyzes the legislative regulation of distance education for children with special educational needs during the period of martial law. The importance of complying with the requirements for the organization of inclusive distance learning was emphasized: creating a comfortable, inclusive and developing educational environment, providing children with measures aimed at preventing psychological trauma and development, preventing secondary psychological trauma in children, etc.
