Abstract
The methodical manual was prepared based on the results of the applied scientific research "Psychological and pedagogical principles of technologies for accompanying children with special educational needs in the process of their social integration" (state registration number 0120U100465). The manual reveals the actual issues of inclusive resource centers (IRC) in the process of implementing inclusive education for children with special educational needs (SEN) in Ukraine. Based on the study of the experience of the IRC in different regions of Ukraine, their mastery of the technology of determining the categories of educational difficulties of children with disabilities and the levels of their support in the educational process was considered. In connection with approaches to psychological-pedagogical diagnostics that are new for domestic practice, the issue of improving the diagnostic activity of the IRC, as well as the need to improve the implemented technologies, in particular, the harmonization of domestic and foreign principles laid as a basis, was raised. Considerable attention is paid in the manual to psychological and pedagogical technologies that can be used by IRC in providing services to children with SEN and their parents. In particular, the current technology of remote psychological and pedagogical assistance to children with speech disorders, as well as a model of a coordinated system of corrective and developmental assistance to children with moderate intellectual development disorders, is highlighted. The questions covered in the manual may be of interest, first of all, to specialists of the IRC, methodologists, practical psychologists and teachers who work in the system of inclusive education, students of the relevant specialization, and parents.
