Abstract

Affiliation in psychological literature is considered as a desire, the need of an individual to belong to a collective, a special natural inclination to look for others similar to oneself, to have communication, even under conditions of introversion as a characteristic of the personality structure. It is worth noting that affiliation is not a constant need for a certain type, type, style of communication or a choice for communication of a person with a specific set of qualities and characteristics. It is a variable psychological property and a rather complex scientific definition.
