Abstract
In the program of corrective and developmental work "Speech Development" for 5-9 grades for children with intellectual difficulties of a mild degree of manifestation, the content and expectations are offered results of corrective and developmental work on development: linguistic and psychological prerequisites speech activity and communication; oral and written coherent speech; reader's (literary) activity; conscious communication and communicative regulation. The implementation of the programs will contribute to the expansion of opportunities for the development of oral and written coherent speech, reading activity and the formation of key communicative skills competence through the introduction of innovative content and modern scientific and methodological ones approaches (systemic, competence-based, psycholinguistic, neuropsychological, personal-communicative, and hermeneutic) to the implementation of corrective and developmental work with elementary school students links of education for children with mild intellectual difficulties. The programs are addressed to teachers-speech therapists, teachers-specialists of general education educational institutions attended by students with mild intellectual disabilities manifestation, scientific and pedagogical workers of universities, students of higher education institutions, all those who are interested in the problems development of speech and the formation of conscious communication and communicative regulation in the specified category of children.
