Abstract

The publication provides a brief overview of the prospects for research on ways of discursive construction of professional experience by educators. The basis of self-design of professional experience is the ability to master and assign exemplary socio-cultural meanings. Further, the newly created semantic field of the recipient, which was based on the author's exemplary meaning, forms a personal semantic space of individual values, which become constructs for the design itself.
