Abstract

The development of andragogical competence is a component of the professional development of the teaching staff of higher education institutions. It has a continuous nature and is aimed at the formation of new competencies necessary for successful interaction with adult learning subjects. This process can be carried out through formal, informal and informal education, various forms and types of professional growth, internships, professional activities, etc.
