Abstract
Development as a continuous process is aimed at the spiritual, intellectual, physical, social and labor formation of pupils and students through the step-by-step individual manifestation in the system of their motives of the fundamental need for knowledge and the application of the acquired knowledge in the chosen production or non-production sphere. In the personal dimension, the process of personality development provides a transition from one qualitative state to another, higher one (level of education, culture, physical, mental and spiritual maturity, etc.). The process of purposeful interaction with the teacher takes place in the direction of harmonizing the cognitive, activity (operational and technological) and motivational components of the psychological sphere of the individual with the aim of interpersonal interaction aimed at producing a work product.
