Abstract
The rapid change of life and technological processes and the rapid scientific and technical revolution, which covered education, science and the labor market at the same time, make it necessary to develop models of continuous development for the individual and society in a timely manner. The organizational and management component of STEM education is characterized by awareness of future trends, systematization, outlining the nearest directions of change, etc., and the psychological and pedagogical component by its differentiation depending on the inclinations, abilities, life plans of the individual in accordance with social needs, since they include mechanisms for the formation of a social package by state and regional institutions.
