Abstract

It is about actual aspects of professional development of teaching staff of out-of-school education institutions in the conditions of martial law; an algorithm for overcoming the professional problems of teachers is proposed; the need to strengthen the personal emotional stability of the teacher is emphasized; modern models of professional development in education are described.
