Abstract

The problem of ensuring high-quality and effective psychological and pedagogical support for persons with special needs is undoubtedly decisive in their attainment of any level of education. After all, it is this most vulnerable and most unprotected category of citizens of our country that needs the most attention and help in all types of their activities and at any stage of their life path. Despite the crisis phenomena in social and spiritual development, in Ukraine, all necessary measures are taken not only to preserve the acquired experience of special education, but also to multiply it, to develop modern technologies for corrective and compensatory work with this category of children, to create conditions for the realization of their the right to choose the type of educational institution and the content and forms of education.
