Abstract

The state of the national education system was analyzed in connection with Russian large-scale aggression. Attention is focused on educational losses, which reflected not only on the economy of the country, but also on the future of modern ones education seekers - loss of one-third of the year of effective education for students the period of the COVID19 pandemic reduced the GDP of the countries of the world by an average of 1.5% for the rest century. According to forecasts of experts of the World Bank, educational losses in Ukraine as a result martial law can be more than one year. And only this factor can reduce the GDP of our country by more than 4.5%, and for Ukrainian schoolchildren they can be more than 10% of their future profit/earnings. Considered the mission of university science and analyzed the dangerous situation for her during martial law and in the post-war period. The ways of professional and scientific development of scientific and pedagogical personnel.
