Abstract

Today, Ukraine is fighting for its right to be part of a democratic world united by common values ​​- the value of every person, tolerance, non-discrimination, respect for differences. This puts forward new requirements for the technological experience of specialists involved in the implementation of person-oriented models of service provision, in particular in the field of education, social protection, and health care. Among the specialists for whom professional communication with people with functional sensory difficulties is important, in particular medical workers in the field of stomatology. In this regard, in the circle of scientific interests in the field of special psychology, the issue of determining the psychological foundations of the formation of professional communication with persons with functional (sensory) difficulties, their scientific justification and practical use in the educational process is gaining considerable relevance.
