Abstract

The advanced training program was developed in accordance with the modern state policy of providing social services regarding advanced training for employees of social protection institutions (boarding institutions). The program is aimed at deepening the knowledge of the regulatory and legal side of employees' activities and broadening ideas about modern challenges in the field of social assistance, acquiring self-preservation competence and prevention of professional burnout, improving practical skills in providing professional services to wards of social protection institutions (boarding institutions). The training program “Psychological-pedagogical support of employees of social protection institutions (boarding institutions) in providing professional assistance to wards” is designed for the staff of social protection institutions (boarding institutions).
