Abstract
The article deals with the conceptual basis of preparing future teachers for social and educational activities due to appropriate orientation of the content of higher education and the priority of spiritual and aesthetic, humanistic, social and cultural values as components of this readiness. The author worked out the conception of such a training based on subject and activity, intersubjective, socio-system, synergetic, axiological, culturological, structure and functional approaches. The author pays attention to the necessity to form a coherent personality and the result of future teachers’ readiness for social and educational interaction in an educational institution is considered as a level of personal and professional development. The following methodological principles have the priority in future teachers’ training to the social and educational activities, namely: the principles of comprehensiveness, scientific strategy, system, fundamentalization, nonlinearity, relationship of theoretical knowledge with practice, anthropological focus, reflective creativity etc. The researcher proved promising directions for further research of the problem.
