Abstract

Within the scientific and creative cooperation of the sign language training department, active participation of two experimental institutions (Kryvyi Rih Special School "Suzirya" of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Khmelnytskyi Special School No. 33) of the Mykola Yarmachenko Institute of Special Pedagogy and Psychology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, which have experienced teachers of Ukrainian sign language, an author's team was formed, which was engaged in the development of model programs for the subject "Ukrainian Sign Language". The model programs were presented at the August 2022 meetings of the Mykola Yarmachenko Institute of Special Pedagogy and Psychology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine on August 30, 2022.
