Abstract
Anxiety disorders, panic attacks, depressive symptoms, autism, schizophrenia... This is something that we can face on a daily basis. And in the conditions of the war and after its end, such violations may increase. Often we simply do not know in detail about the specifics of the manifestations of such mental disorders, and therefore do not know how to react to them and how to behave around such people. Therefore, the easiest thing we do is avoidance, social isolation, and sometimes ridicule and bullying. Sometimes we just don't realize that we are stigmatizing someone. After all, each of us can become an object of stigmatization. During the speech, we talk about: - what is stigma - which mental disorders more often cause stigmatization in society - how we, teachers or parents, after all just adults, can prevent the manifestation of stigmatization in the educational environment or in our environment as a whole. The material is primarily aimed at educators, psychologists of educational institutions, but it will definitely be useful for parents and everyone who faces stigmatization in their lives
