Abstract
It is common knowledge that every personality is formed as a result of socio-cultural development; in the process of joint activities and communication with other people; under the influence of her family, the small community where she lives, society in general. It has also been scientifically proven that 50% of a child's learning abilities are established from 0 to 4 years, and another 30% - from 4 to 8 years. Therefore, it is quite natural to conclude that a child's home is the most important educational institution, and parents are the main and most important teachers for their children. Today, the war has changed all the key conditions for the normal formation and development of the children of our country. And this especially affected children with special educational needs. For most of them, at present, it is the parents who have remained almost the only support. However, like all people, parents of children with OOP also found themselves in extremely difficult life circumstances. But no matter how difficult the situation may be, parents first of all need to stabilize themselves in order to remain a reliable support, a full-fledged resource for their children.
