Abstract

The video examines an important component of the professional competence of teaching staff in the field of adult education - andragogical competence. It is determined what the andragogical competence of scientific and pedagogical workers entails and the key andragogical principles on which the educational interaction "andragog - adult student" should be based in order to be effective in relation to adults are outlined.
