Abstract

The term "rashyst" developed by Professor Piddiachy, translated into English, French and German, aims to: 1) promote awareness among Ukrainians and the world community of the danger to civilization of a significant number of persons with deformed consciousness; 2) highlighting in the generalizing personal characteristics of a Russian the components that have the characteristics specified in the term "rashyst"; 3) taking into account the presence of rashysts in the process of developing spaces available for sustainable development, as well as communication projects of both interpersonal and civilizational nature.
