Abstract
The development of the basic theoretical and methodological foundations of the author's methodology of forming concepts and regularities on the topic "Structure of phrase" in the 5th grade by students with hearing impairment of special institutions of general secondary education (N 90) is presented. The state language of the educational branch "Languages and Literature" is mastered taking into account the personality-oriented, competent, communicative activity approaches, conditions of educational material mastering, program bases of studying of the Ukrainian language in 5 - 9 classes of special institutions, cross-curricular relations of Ukrainian and Ukrainian sign language. A step-by-step mastering of the educational material with consideration of the concept "Ukrainian Sign Language in Communicative Activity" is revealed: cognitively enrichment (forming the concept of phrase); eproductive activity (formation of concepts and patterns of phrase functioning); creative research (formation of theoretical concepts and patterns of constructing phrases). Three aspects of the author's methodology "Word structure" are presented: a list and content of the theoretical and practical competencies that the deaf students of the fifth grade will acquire based on the acquired knowledge, skills, understanding, and translation; systems of exercises, rules, tasks aimed at the development and improvement of sign speaking communicative competence, grammar and spelling skills of students with hearing impairment, their sign, ABC, calque, written, oral speech; approximate test tasks that are relevant to the external independent evaluation (ZNO).
