Abstract

The article analyzes the results of the study of virtual communities subject scientists of other countries, emphasis on two aspects of communication in virtual communities - social and technological, to its components: strategy, goals, people, software environment, space, action and cooperation, especially technical and technological, refined conceptual model of virtual communities, defined the problem of virtual communities as a willingness to share knowledge with other members and four kinds of motivation kollaboratsiyi in the community determined that you need to know to be productive cooperation in the community
