Abstract

Problems that actualize the need to train competent specialists in the field of adult education: migration, increasing unemployment, increasing numbers of people of the third age, loss of qualifications among the working population, etc. Solving the outlined problems is possible under the condition of improving the legal framework of the nationwide system of training, retraining and advanced training of teaching staff for working with adults.
