Abstract
The relevance of the study is due to the need to develop corporate training of research and teaching staff in higher education institutions. The aim of the study is to substantiate the features of corporate training of teachers in higher education institutions. Methods: theoretical analysis of scientific sources, websites of institutions, educational and professional programs and curricula for professional development of research and teaching staff for the determination of the main features of corporate training of teachers and ways to develop higher education institutions as learning organizations. Results: the development of corporate universities has been characterized in the context of innovative staff training, the features of corporate training in higher education institutions were substantiated, the experience of change management as a basis of corporate training of teachers in postgraduate pedagogical education was analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the fact that corporate learning is an important element of the corporate culture of the organization in general, and the higher education institution in particular. Its features are defined as the development of competencies required by a particular company, compliance with the strategy and stage of the company development, absence of boundaries between training and work, axiological and practice-oriented learning content, connection of methods, forms, technologies of training with production situations.
