Abstract

The training manual was developed in accordance with the modern requirements of job-functional competence of management personnel of educational organizations. From the position competence approach to the management of an educational organization in the manual the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of forming the content of promotion are considered qualifications of educational leaders. Intended for teachers of postgraduate education institutions, educational leaders organizations, trainees of advanced training courses for the categories of educational management personnel.
