Abstract
New conceptual foundations of the key components of prestigious professional education have been determined. The components of the objective mechanisms of recognition of training results and the components of the system for evaluating the results of professional training are disclosed. It was established that the main goal of education is the professional and personal development of students, in which the students are active participants in this process.
