Abstract
The article presents the results of the study, which is carried out in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine from 21.05.2019 № 693 “On conducting an all-Ukrainian experiment on “Management of development of professional (vocational and technical) education on the basis of pedagogical logistics” in June 2019 — December 2022” on the basis of the Training and Methodological Center for Vocational Education in Chernivtsi region, Chernivtsi Higher Vocational School of Radio Electronics, Chernivtsi professional lyceum of services in 2019‒2022. The authors focus on the clarified concepts of “educational service”, the laws of logistics service, its principles, the basics of the market of educational services as a complex education, conditions and parameters of logistics activities. The logistics system of management of the institution of professional (vocationaltechnical) education, examples of designing educational and logistics systems in the educational process based on the results of a pedagogical experiment at the national level are highlighted. In the course of experimental work, the authors found that the logistics process of managing the development of Vocational School is aimed at servicing the movement of different types of flows(service, integrated with financial, material, information flow, personnel flow associated with knowledge and health flows) for the purpose of directed managerial influence on their parameters, and their clear focus on the production of knowledge through the use of intellectual potential. That is why there isthe opportunity to consider the logistics system as a subsystem for managing the development of Vocational School. The vision of the researched problems formed in the course of experimental work allowed the authors to fill in the logistics flow management system in the presented conceptual model of the process of implementation of the logistics flow management system in the activity of modern Vocational School.
