Abstract

In 2022, within the framework of performing scientific research work “The Educational Libraries Information Resources in the development of Pedagogy, Psychology and Education”, the scientists by the Department of Scientific and Educational Information Resources at the Sukhomlinsky State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine compiled the Reference Book, entitled as “The Scientific-informational and socio-cultural activity of leading educational libraries – 2022». The main purpose of the preparation of the above-mentioned Reference Book is to summarize and disseminate information on the information and publishing activities of the leading educational book-collections of the network in the educational libraries of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, namely: on creation of scientific publications, compilation of bibliographic and materials as well as about scientific and practical measures, aimed at improving the professional level of library staff in the educational field. The guide is intended for library workers, methodologists of education and science departments at the regional and city state administrations, and also to other specialists, involved in pedagogical science and practice information support.
