Abstract

The manual highlights the peculiarities of training as technologies for teaching adults, types of training, characterizes training and coaching in offline and online formats, provides a generalized description of the stages of organization and training. The author's trainings on the development of the professional competence of pedagogical staff in the field of adult education (andragogical, organizational-management, communicative, digital, informational), the curriculum of the discipline "Training as a tool for the professional development of an andragogist" for those obtaining the degree of Doctor of Philosophy at the third (educational and scientific) levels of higher education in the field 01 "Education" in the specialty 011 "Educational Sciences". Questions for self-control, lists of recommended literature are provided. Trainings are supplemented with applications. The practical manual is addressed to pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers of institutions of higher, professional, post-graduate pedagogical education, scientific institutions, as well as pedagogical staff of institutions of informal education of adults, students of scientific degrees, students of education - future teachers.
