Abstract
The article is devoted to substantiation of technological bases of organization of end-to-end training in combination with dual in the process of professional training of future forestry specialists to ensure their professional competence and competitiveness in the dynamic labor market. The structure of professional competence of forestry specialists is determined, which consists of needs-motivational, problem-cognitive and practical-activity components. An applied model of end-to-end professional training in combination with dual training for future forestry specialists on the example of the second (master's) level of higher education is proposed. The technology of training forestry specialists in dual learning is proposed, which is based on cybernetic and technological approaches and consists of a set of interrelated stages (value-oriented, information-cognitive, organizational-activity, control-analytical). The principles of end-to-end training of forestry specialists in the conditions of organization of independent and individual work of students, in which an important role belongs to the research activities of higher education seekers, are substantiated. Pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of forestry specialists in the process of integration of end-toend and dual training have been formed. The level of readiness of higher education applicants for future professional activity in the forestry industry is analyzed on the example of the model of end-to-end training in combination with dual education at the State Biotechnology University. The directions of improvement of the model of end-to-end training of forestry specialists in the process of organization of dual training are determined.
