Abstract

In article teoretiko-methodical features of vocational counselling of adults in the conditions of market economy are considered. Corresponding work with adults needs to be carried out with the account professional development of the person in professional work (professional adaptation, development of the professional, realisation of the professional, a decrease). Workers feel for psihologo-pedagogical support at the age from 30 till 45-50 years special requirement. This period of a life coincides with the maximum potential possibilities of the person in respect of professional work.
