Abstract
The basis of the concept of developing methodological foundations for the standardization of professional education of junior specialists is the idea of considering the researched phenomenon as a procedure, which includes the following interrelated stages: development of an educational standard with the definition of final, final and integrative learning results; goal setting - justification of the thesaurus of goals characterizing the structure and content of the graduate model; autonomous design by educational institutions of the content of education - junior specialist educational programs, curricula, educational programs, modules, in particular interdisciplinary, individual educational tasks, etc.; achieving the expected learning results by means of adequate pedagogical technologies; development of technologies for assessing the competence achievements of students and graduates and their systematic diagnosis.
