Abstract

In the article the problem of necessity of pedagogical accompaniment of the gifted young people is examined in the process of preparation to the choice of professional career, that includes pedagogical support them in the process of included in a profession and directed to on forming readiness to such choice. Pedagogical accompaniment of the gifted young people will provide development for them positive quarry stimuli, deep understanding of the own professional interests based on perspective of career advancement. An author grounds pedagogical accompaniment as system of associate components that include: information, evaluation, maintenance of pedagogical tasks, action of pedagogical support, socialization.
